What you will learn...

Your Intellectual Property “IP” assets: Protecting your brand value

Clive Bonny, Strategic Management Partners

Your brand IP asset value is likely to be more valuable than the sum of your buildings, plant, and equipment.

Trademarks, designs, copyright, website content, client details, staff identities, data protection processes, and training materials are all part of your IP. Yet over 90% of all businesses fail to protect their IP assets. Companies lose vital data through online and hard copy theft. Staff leavers often disclose employer IP to subsequent employers.

30% of SME’s suffer branding infringements and lose customer enquiries and essential data of suppliers and staff to competitors. Small enterprises are fined £4350 for not registering with the ICO.

To avoid this happening to you, Clive’s presentation will help you to:

Clive Bonny has owned and managed Strategic Management Partners since 1990, delivering affordable funded business support. As a member of UK Business Angels Association and Life Fellow at he helps small firms win social enterprise funding.
