How to improve your team and business performance

Tim Rylatt, UK Growth Coach

There are multiple factors that can cause a business to stagnate and for leaders and teams to not deliver on their potential.

It’s not all about technical skills and know-how.

In Tim’s presentation, he’ll explore how you can better identify your true position, and develop yourself, your business and your team.

He will look at:

Tim Rylatt is a highly experienced business coach who has worked with more than 200 companies during the past 13 years. He is also the author of 3 books that address the topics of sales skills, strategic marketing and business growth.

Unlike many coaches, Tim is also a proper business owner, and is a director in two marketing agencies, as well as his own coaching firm.

Creating a marketing plan to target growth and play to team strengths

Henry Laker, Growth By Design

Is it marketing noise or marketing magic? The lack of a strategic plan for marketing runs the risk of wasted effort and minimal returns. Learn why it’s important to create a marketing plan to target growth and how your team can play a part in the success. In his exciting presentation, Henry Laker will explain:

I’ll also look at funding options such as Apprenticeships as a way of securing future talent in a cost effective way

Creating the legal foundations to protect your growing business

Malcolm Haddow, Burtons Solicitors

Time lost dealing with compliance, complaints or litigation costs businesses thousands of pounds each year.

In this presentation, I will explore what you need to do to make sure that your paperwork, website and terms and conditions are compliant with the law, so you can maximise your time spent running your business and not trying to deal with complaints or actions for non-compliance.

Malcolm is a solicitor with over 20 years experience in the law, having worked for national and local firms in litigation, company and commercial, insolvency and advising on the implementation of government contracts.

He has worked with national and international firms on litigation, and also their paperwork to resolve problems, to stop them occurring again and minimise the impact of non-compliance and litigation on the running of their business.
