Tim Rylatt is a highly experienced business coach who has worked with more than 200 companies during the past 15 years. He is also the author of 3 books that address the topics of sales skills, strategic marketing, and business growth.

Unlike many coaches, Tim is also a business owner himself, as a director in two marketing agencies, as well as his own coaching firm (which is now also a franchise).

Henry is a highly experienced business owner and has been heading up businesses within the print, design and digital marketing sector for nearly 25 years.

He is known for being entertaining, direct, and creative, with a huge passion for results-driven marketing.

In 2018, the marketing agency he founded with co-director Tim Rylatt won the ‘Best New Business award for the Gatwick Diamond Area and most recently the award for Most Impactful SME Marketing Agency – South East 2023. 

During this time he has worked with hundreds of companies to help refine their brand presentation, lead generation, customer lifetime values and reputations. He has also co-authored two books on the subjects of marketing and business growth with Tim Rylatt.

Emma takes care of a portfolio of clients at Plummer Parsons, providing a full range of support from personal and corporate clients with annual accounts and tax compliance to regular monthly management accounts with business advice and support.

She has considerable experience in Sage Line 50, providing clients with telephone assistance as well as personal training sessions. Emma is a certified user of Xero and QuickBooks online and will guide clients through the benefits that cloud based solutions can bring to your business.

With purpose-built and modern meeting rooms, that have views across the seafront and beach, The View Hotel offers great service alongside a great location.

Please be aware there is no dedicated parking at the hotel. There is limited on-street parking (availability and time allowed!) so we would recommend parking at the nearby NCP car park or equivalent.

The Chaseley Trust is a unique, independent charity-owned, 55-bed nursing home.  They specialise in long-term nursing and respite care for people with complex disabilities, such as Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and degenerative neurological conditions such as Huntington’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone and Parkinson’s disease.
